I came back to the main island and next I went to the Okinawa Cyuraumi aquarium.Do you know this aquarium? There is the biggest water tank in the world, that is contained in the Guinness Book of World Records! Furthermore, there are several seven-meter jinbei sharks in it! I was surprised there many times. I was excited to see many kinds of fish that I’ve never seen.

This picture is the memorial medal which I made in this aquarium.

I went to an isolated island, Minnajima. I arrived there from the main island for 20 minutes. It was a little cloudy but it didn’t rain. The sea was really beautiful(the above picture), so I was impressed. I stayed for about two hours but I had a goooood time there!

リスニングでよく使われる表現なので、熟語のように覚えておくといいかも。

最近リスニングと語彙ばかり…後、大西先生の本もか。これでいいのか不安…。やはり見直しが重要なんですよね！そう信じてやります！

On the second day, the weather forcast had said it would be cloudy, but it was fine! I had reserved a snorkel tour on the day before, so I went to a cape feeling upbeat. I’ve never snorkelled and I was a little scared. However, as soon as I went into the sea, I felt comfortable to swim and excited to watch the water. I was able to feed tropical fish and had such a beautiful experience,I think. An unimaginable world spread out under the water.
After I return to the hotel, I went to Kokusai street to have dinner and buy a lot of souvenirs. The cocktail(the mix of Awamori and pineapple juice) tasted reeeally good! I’d like to drink again!

久しぶりに英英辞典使ってみました。コウビルド英英辞典改訂第４版を使用しています。久しぶりに使うとおもしろいですね。みなさんは英英辞典使っていますか？

I went to Okinawa for the first time! From September 7 to 10. I’ve taken a plane for a long time, so I was excited! I was sad not to be able to sit on the window side. When the plane landed and I went out of Naha airport, it was hot and humid, and on the day of the arrival there it rained much. This may be because I’m a man who never comes or goes out without being met by wet weather… However it stopped raining some hours later and I visited Shurijo castle park. It was magnificent and I felt the Ryukyu history in it.

　こんばんは。今日はある教材を紹介したいと思います。

「オバケの英語」(宝島社／明川哲也・クレイグステファン共著)です。

アメリカに住む一人の日本人男性が、あることをきっかけにアメリカ人のオバケに出会い、そのオバケから英語とともに様々なことを学んでいくというストーリーです。

この本は、英語の発音学習を目的としています。淡々と発音を学ぶ本ではないので、どんどん読むことができます。とはいっても、まだ読み終わっていないんですが…。

身近にあるものを使って発音をなおしていくというおもしろい本です。

学習履歴にたまに出てくる「ある教材のＣＤ」ってのはこの本についているものです。

全ての発音を網羅しているわけではないのが残念ですが、発音の勉強をし始めたいという方にはおすすめです。とても読みやすいですし。
